The first picture is an example of a patio done out of oaks centurion pavers, with a black onyx soldiers course. Sometimes it's nice to dress up the soldiers course by using a different colour stone or a completely different type of stone as seen in the bottom picture. This photo shows an example of a Manitoulin random mortared flagstone patio. Depending on the situation mortared flagstone is either installed on a 3-4" layer of concrete with a 1" bed of mortar between the flagstone and the concrete. Here's an example of Pennsylvania Square Cut Flagstone. Pennsylvania Square Cut can sometimes be hard to find. However, when it's available it gives you a great assortment of Blue, Green & Bronze colours. It is only available in square cut and cannot usually be found in random shapes. Recent Work

This is a project that we are going to wrap up in the spring! We have all the pavers, curbing, retaining walls, etc installed already. All we have to complete yet is the Sythetic Turf, Plantings and Landscape Lighting. We used two stone manufacturers to complete this front yard. The pavers on the driveway are called Antica which are manufactured by Techo-Bloc and the Curbing and Flagstone are manufactured be Stone-Link. Look us up in the spring for an updated picture!
